Investa, a London-based stocks and options trading app startup, announced a successful crowdfunding campaign that raised £700,000. Moreover, it quickly reached its funding target and closed at 200% overfunded. This round brings Investa’s total funding to £1.8 million, with more than £1 million secured before crowdfunding from prominent entrepreneurs, traders, financial market leaders, and hedge fund CEOs.
The crowdfunding campaign drew significant investor interest, hitting its funding goal in under two hours. Due to high demand, the campaign closed six days ahead of schedule, attracting participation from over 500 investors. The funding will also support Investa’s accelerated development and marketing efforts as it approaches the official launch of its app.

Founded by former Citi Options brokers and Freetrade co-founder Ian Fuller, Investa is the UK’s first zero-commission listed options trading app for mobile users.
